Acute Care RN

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU), you will provide direct care to critically ill adolescent and adult patients. Collaborating with healthcare teams, you will ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act. This role requires managing advanced therapeutic equipment and supporting a wide range of critical health conditions. Participation in quality improvement initiatives is an integral part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized care to critically ill patients.
• Perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, and administer necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• CPR-BCLS certification required before completion of orientation.
• ACLS certification required before completion of orientation.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required before completion of orientation.
