Human Resources Manager 1

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager 1 to support HR functions for frontline and management employees at Lovelace Medical Center located in the Albuquerque, NM . In this role, the selected candidate will assist with recruitment, oversee onboarding activities, and conduct new hire orientations to help employees effectively integrate into day-to-day operations. What You'll Do assist with recruitment efforts; support onboarding and conduct new hire orientations; maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance; address employee inquiries and help resolve workplace issues; and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures.
