Let's change the world of dentistry together.Requirements Responsibilities:Making our patients feel as welcomed guests to the officePractice Covid-19 ProtocolsAbility to build a rapport with patients and co-workersInsurance terminology is preferredKnowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft, Open-Dental, or any Dental softwarePerform Insurance verificationsAnswer telephones in professional courteous manner to patients and coworkers using superior customer service skills.Provide necessary instructions/directions to patients and politely answer questionsBuild financial agreements from the treatment plan.Review with Dental Insurance on coverages and limitationsPresent Treatment plans to the patient using appropriate terminology in an organized professional mannerFollow up on denials, appeals and insurance requests for additional informationExamine EOBs or answer any billing questions patients may haveReview patient charts and notes for the next working dayQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One or more years of experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferredAbility to understand insurance plans is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft and QSI software applications is preferredJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: Hourly/DOE BenefitsA-Team Dental Staffing LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
