Service/Install Technician - Training Provided Our Anoka Culligan dealership is actively seeking a Service Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this pivotal role, you will install, service, and repair residential water treatment equipment. Ideal Service Technician Possesses Mechanical aptitude and superior problem‑solving skills. High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Preferred: 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer‑focused position. Key Responsibilities Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image. Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs. Promote and sell various Culligan products and services. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday typically starting at 7:00am. Occasional weekend on‑call shifts.
