Software Security Engineer

Salary: $99,840 - 179,200 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and familiarity with standard Windows application practices.
• In-depth knowledge of various penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities, such as the OWASP Top 10 for desktop applications.
• Experience with tools for reverse engineering and debugging in a Windows environment.
• Strong grasp of network protocols and their security implications, including packet analysis, modification, and interception techniques.
• Ability to interpret and apply security requirements for software evaluations.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to both clients and engineering teams.

• Conduct evaluations of non-SaaS Windows software against security policies and standards.
• Clearly communicate any conditional security requirements during application reviews.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to requestors throughout the software review process.
