Position Summary: As an Associate Training Content Developer on our training team, you will create impactful learning solutions for the Revenue Team by identifying key skill gaps and opportunities. In this position you will design high-quality training curriculum tailored to enhance essential knowledge and skills, driving improved revenue performance, productivity, and directly support company growth. What You’ll Do: Develop interactive training activities and courses across multiple delivery channels to increase mastery of key skill sets Ensure that current courses are accurate and relevant Commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability, not afraid to get hands-on Begin to leverage development tools to create interactive, visually engaging, and impactful training experiences. Begin to understand and utilize A.D.D.I.E Training Method Where You’ll Work: This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, onsite about 3x a week. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education Demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects directly and through others Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams Highly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities Preferred Experience Experience in a corporate training environment Consistent track record of building positive relationships across a diverse range of partners and working across boundaries to deliver results Experience making learning exciting, fun, and social What We Offer: At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The hourly pay range for this role is: $24.09- $36.15. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
