Position Overview

We are seeking full-time, in-market Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives who are serious about building a long-term career in sales .

Unlike short-term summer roles, this position is designed for individuals who want to:

• Develop consistent pipeline and territory ownership

• Build referral-based business

• Grow into top earners and potential leadership roles

You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping identify roofing needs and guiding them through the inspection and sales process.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect daily in assigned territories through door-to-door outreach

• Generate and qualify leads for roofing inspections

• Educate homeowners on roof condition, storm damage, and replacement options

• Set and confirm appointments for inspections and estimates

• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

• Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and self-discipline (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Resilience and mental toughness in a commission environment

• Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Previous D2D or sales experience preferred (but not required)

Compensation

• Commission-based with uncapped earnings
