Foot & Ankle Institute of Arizona is seeking a motivated and compassionate Podiatrist (DPM) to join our growing mobile podiatry practice serving assisted living facilities, group homes, skilled nursing facilities, and homebound patients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a podiatrist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and immediate patient volume without the burden of building a practice from scratch.

Compensation

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• 40% of collections
• Uncapped earning potential
• Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Established referral sources and patient base

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive foot and ankle evaluations
• Routine foot care and nail debridement
• Diabetic foot evaluations
• Wound care and ulcer management
• Ingrown toenail procedures
• Biomechanical assessments
• Documentation utilizing electronic medical records
• Collaborate with facility staff, nurses, and primary care providers

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
• Active Arizona Podiatry License
• Active DEA Registration
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Experience in mobile, wound care, SNF, assisted living, or geriatric medicine preferred but not required

And if you’re trying to fill this ASAP, I would actually list the compensation as:

“40% of collections with established patient volume. Typical earnings $150,000–$300,000+ depending on availability and productivity.”

That will generate significantly more interest than simply saying “40% collections.”
