LPN Ambulatory

Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s is seeking an LPN Ambulatory to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our ambulatory pediatric clinics. In this role, you will provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting as part of a large, integrated health system serving central and northern Wisconsin. Working closely with pediatricians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members, you will support patient visits by rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vitals and histories, preparing and assisting with exams and minor procedures, administering medications and immunizations per protocol, and performing point-of-care testing. You will reinforce provider instructions, deliver age-appropriate patient and family education, and promote a safe, child-friendly environment. The LPN Ambulatory coordinates patient flow, manages phone triage within scope, processes refills and prior authorizations as delegated, and ensures accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record. You will collaborate daily with colleagues in a collaborative, patient-first culture that values compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
