Now hiring a Chart Auditor for our inpatient detox and residential program in Aurora, CO! What You'll Do Ensure quality, comprehensive and timely client documentation through consistent chart oversight Conduct weekly billable audits for every client, submitting weekly report to leadership Complete any administrative duties related to position (charting, scheduling, daily workflow etc.) Conduct quality audits so charts reflect full scope of client needs, assessment, and intervention Ensure clinical data is captured in patient charts What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills Punctuality and careful attention to detail Team player with ability to collaborate well Why Join Us?
