Machine Operator

Machine Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Machine Operator for a company based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate production equipment, contribute to a growing manufacturing team, develop your skills, and play an important part in producing high-quality products for customers. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule and Hours: Monday through Sunday, Different shifts available Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery used in paperboard product manufacturing Set up, adjust, and maintain machine settings to meet production requirements Measure and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Read and accurately use a tape measure to verify product dimensions Qualifications and Requirements Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read and understand measurements using a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time, temporary to hire Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Automation Personnel Services
