The Role As a Senior Resourcer , you will work with a team of experienced Consultants delivering Sales & Marketing recruitment solutions into the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates. Candidate Screening : Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Database Management : Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records. Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers. Market Research : Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends. Social Media Outreach : Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. Relationship Building : Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long-lasting relationships. Team Collaboration : Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals. Career Growth : Progress your career. What You Will Bring Prior experience (12-18+ months) gained in a similar candidate generation role A genuine interest in the technology sales sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to develop. Outstanding organisational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Confidence using Microsoft Office and platforms like LinkedIn. The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A collaborative spirit with a strong ethical approach to work.
