Requirements: Candidates must have at least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience and prior experience in a long-term care or rehab setting. An active Oklahoma OT license is required at the time of submission. New graduates may be considered only if they have completed Level II clinical experience. Required submission documents include a current resume, a skills checklist completed within the last year, and 0-1 reference at the time of submission. The clinician must demonstrate knowledge of NBCOT standards, state practice acts, and ethical guidelines. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
