Job Locations US-WA-TACOMA | US-WA-PUYALLUP | US-WA-GIG HARBOR | US-WA-STEILACOOM Earn USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour Description Rehab Without Walls is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our Home & Community Program in Tacoma. Founded in 1995, RWW provides innovative rehabilitation services across 21 states, delivering outpatient level therapy directly to clients where life happens. What You’ll Do Provide functional physical therapy in home and community settings Support real‑world mobility goals, including return to work and return to driving Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, SLP, LCSW) Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Why You’ll Love This Role PRN W2 position (not 1099) Flexible schedule created by you Hourly pay (not per visit) Drive time & mileage reimbursement Educational programs Supportive, clinician‑focused team Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by the state in which practicing Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, positioning frequently at times Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, per local or state regulations, to verify physical capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations Additional Information Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, promotes greater health through the recovery process, all with industry-leading outcomes that dramatically improve functional skills and independence for patients.
