- Anchor and produce a nightly live news and sports broadcast
- Plan daily coverage and build compelling rundowns
- Write, shoot, and edit stories that connect with viewers
- Conduct interviews and create engaging, original content
- Help shape the voice and identity of a brand-new program
- Proven experience producing in a commercial broadcast environment
- Strong on-air presence with anchoring experience
- A dynamic storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized, comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
- Play-by-play experience
- Strong proficiency and knowledge in local sports
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two years experience in commercial broadcasting required
- Candidates should possess and maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable level of insurance as required by the company, and a motor vehicle company that is insurable by the company
