Corporate Security Officer EMT

We’re seeking an independent, task‑oriented individual who builds strong relationships while prioritizing customer service. What You’ll Do Respond to emergency situations providing clear, calm, and decisive direction while delivering medical care to the extent of your training and certification. Manage access control; verify that vendors, contractors, and other visitors have a legitimate business purpose on site. Protect company property, corporate assets, and the welfare and safety of employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer service. Proactively patrol the buildings and grounds of the complex and conduct preliminary investigations of safety and security events as necessary. Requirements 1+ year of related experience. Proven ability to effectively resolve problems and manage conflict. Ability to use good judgment and make difficult decisions that affect the safety and well‑being of others. Ability to maintain effective communication and composure in a stressful environment. Technical aptitude, including advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field. Certified EMT. Certification in CPR, AED and FAC. Military, security, loss prevention or asset protection experience. Experience as a first responder and/or in EMS. Leadership experience. Comprehensive Benefits Paid time off (PTO).
