Constant Education Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to join their team in South Orange County, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds through the proven Montessori method in a nurturing and child-centered environment. If you love fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualized Montessori-based lessons aligned with child development principles
- Prepare and maintain an organized, inviting Montessori classroom environment with age-appropriate materials
- Observe and assess each child's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs
- Guide students in developing independence, problem-solving skills, and social-emotional growth
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
- Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Collaborate with school leadership to uphold Montessori philosophy and program standards
- Montessori certification (AMI or AMS preferred) required
- Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a Montessori classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy
- Valid California teaching credential or Child Development Permit preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
