Project Finance Associate | Austin, Dallas, or Houston | AmLaw 100 Firm | UNPOSTED OPPORTUNITY

I'm working directly with an AmLaw 100 Firm seeking a Project Finance Associate to join its nationally recognized Global Projects practice in Austin, Dallas, or Houston .

OVERVIEW

2–6 years of project finance experience preferred
Compensation: $235,000–$390,000 + EOY bonuses
Opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure transactions
Exposure to high-profile renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and energy transition matters
Strong partnership track and direct client contact opportunities

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Representing sponsors, lenders, investors, or other stakeholders in project finance transactions
Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and related financing agreements
Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or energy transition projects
Experience with U.S. Department of Energy financing programs (Title XVII, ATVM, or similar government-backed financings) is highly preferred
Managing complex transactions and coordinating across multidisciplinary deal teams
Licensed in Texas or eligible to waive in
