Job Description

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address project needs and challenges.
• Regularly report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns.
