Requirements - No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience

Join Eclectic Logistics and transport flatbed freight in Conway and the surrounding region.
We provide a paid four-week training program, added pay for oversized loads, and a culture centered on safety and mutual respect.
Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed trucks on local and regional lanes
- Perform load securement and equipment inspections
- Adhere to DOT and company safety guidelines
