Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse (ER) located in a busy Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center providing care for children. This position requires proficiency in pediatric trauma care and experience in a Pediatric Emergency Department. The role involves working night shifts with a focus on delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts from 1900 to 0730 or 1500 to 0330, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, including experience caring for children in a Pediatric Emergency Department or Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center.
• Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position involves caring for pediatric patients in a high-volume, trauma-focused emergency setting, requiring proficiency in pediatric trauma assessment and interventions.
