Accounts Receivable Representative

Location: NPT Pompano, FL - 231 - 1401 SW 2nd Street, Pompano Beach, Florida - 33069

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4:30pm

What to expect?

The Accounts Receivable Representative collects branch receivables, records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records and collection performance.

On a daily basis our A/R Representative:

• Collects branch receivables and records payments to customer's accounts.
• Prepares daily cash deposits and completes cash control sheet.
• Answers calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary.
• Replenishes office/warehouse supplies.
• Brings deposits to the bank on a regular basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in A/R, A/P and Office Management.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills including use of MS Office programs.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Ability to drive to bank locations as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
