About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avantara Groton, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting guests with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Taking vital signs and recording patient information
- Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our guests
- Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to guests, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor guests' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime and feeding guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
- Participate in infection control and safety protocols
