Job Description:
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings across asset teams
- Capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities
- Partner with asset leads to develop presentations, status updates, and project materials
- Drive project timelines and ensure deliverables progress according to schedule
- Support development and review of content requiring Healthcare Compliance and Legal approval
- Track approvals and proactively manage activities to help accelerate review cycles
- Organize project documentation and communications within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize meeting notes, generate documentation, and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, medical, compliance, legal, and operational functions
- Ensure project activities align with established processes and governance requirements
Skill Set Requirements:
- 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or large healthcare organization
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing presentations and executive-ready materials
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- PowerPoint
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to independently drive work forward with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
Nice to Haves:
- Prior experience working within a large pharmaceutical company
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and legal review processes
- Experience supporting commercial, medical affairs, or asset team initiatives
- Knowledge of AI-based productivity tools for meeting summaries, documentation, and workflow management
- Oncology or Cell Therapy experience is beneficial but not required
Education/Certification(s)/License(s):
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
