Qualifications Job Requirements Trade or high school diploma or GED required. At least three (3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field. May require a journeyman rating or possession of appropriate licensure to operate locally. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years of age.
