This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position servesVigo County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicantsmust reside within Vigo County, Indiana. Candidatesmust be ableto travel throughoutthe county asneeded to attendcommunity-based meetings. What You’ll Do: Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care Who You’ll Work With: Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation The ability to pass thorough background screens A BA/BS degree and at least24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone IPMG is 100% Employee-Owned! - We operate an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that enables employees to invest in company stock, allowing Employee-Owners to share in the growth of IPMG!
