Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer practical cloud-native experience.
• We look for expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• We want hands-on leadership experience designing and running content delivery and experimentation capabilities such as feature flags, A/B testing frameworks, rollouts, and targeting/personalization in a multi-team environment.
• We need strong AWS knowledge for building and operating scalable platforms, including networking, compute, storage, security, observability, resiliency, and cost management.
• We expect experience defining platform operating models such as intake, prioritization, self-service enablement, reliability targets, runbooks, and on-call practices.
• We need a strong understanding of API-first and event-driven architectures for integrating content and experimentation services with downstream channels and product applications.

• We lead technology and process implementations to deliver functional technology goals.
• We make decisions that shape team resources, budgets, tactical operations, and the execution of processes and procedures.
• We set direction and governance for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation to improve speed, quality, and operational outcomes while maintaining validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse guardrails.
• We apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain capabilities, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools, to increase automation value and unlock support capacity at scale.
• We own governance for coding decisions, control obligations, and success measures such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations.
• We deliver technical solutions that can be used across multiple businesses and domains.
• We influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
• We own engineering strategy and execution for a Content and Experimentation platform that supports scalable content delivery, targeting, personalization, and rapid experimentation.
• We partner with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to define roadmaps, SLAs/SLOs, and measurable outcomes such as experimentation velocity, conversion impact, and platform reliability.
• We establish experimentation governance, including guardrails, statistical rigor, auditability, and policy-aligned controls, as well as standard patterns for feature flags, A/B/n testing, and rollout strategies.
• We drive cloud-native delivery on AWS, with a focus on reliability, performance, cost optimization, observability, incident response, and secure-by-design reusable platform capabilities.
