You'll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone.Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!The OpportunityAs our Inventory Coordinator, you will help to manage stock effectively, optimising availability to meet customer needs while adhering to stock holding targets and maximising space / utilization.Your responsibilities will include implementing efficient inventory practices, establishing continuous / perpetual inventory accounting processes, whilst monitoring levels to prevent stockouts. You will engage with our stakeholders to align customer forecasts with inventory planning and procurement. Additionally, you'll need to maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate inventory records.What You'll Be DoingUphold and maintain high level of inventory management & coordinationAccurately forecast and report inventory requirements to ensure optimal stock availability.Take responsibility for stock at allocated sites, including managing stock availability for customer service, working capital optimisation, and space utilisation.Manage aged stock and invoiced stock effectively, identifying opportunities to improve margin and reduce order quantities.Maintain a thorough understanding of purchased products, including pallet configurations and volume.Manage the ERP stock database of aged and invoiced stock in line with customer agreements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Manage Stock Holding Agreements and ensure purchase order accuracy.Ensure effective cross functional/department collaborationDevelop strong relationships and communicate effectively with management, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to manage working capital, optimise space, improve margins, and meet customer needs.Promote cooperation between our departments and Hubs across the group to enhance operational efficiency.Use controls & measures to ensure optimal performance & improvementsManage and achieve stock Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continually identifying areas for improvement.Identify areas for margin improvement or inventory optimisation and liaise with management to take appropriate action.Manage records for inbound, outbound and transfer stockForecast space requirements for different types of inventory (e.g. Temperature controlled, hazmat)Manage FEFO processes to eliminate finished goods wastageMaintain stock listings in ERP including weights / dimensions, SKU codes, barcodes and customer SKU information for B2B relationshipsEnsure data integrity to allow accurate stock countsWeekly and monthly inventory holdings in both value and quantityComparing performance vs plan and identifying SKUs / categories to reduce stockholding to drive efficiency.What You'll Bring to HeliosXYou are comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, ideally within a startup or scale up operation, with the ability to prioritise tasksYou use effective time management and organisation skills.You have the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly within a dynamic working environmentYou are able to work comfortably with a large number of product skus across multi-sitesYou stay at ease when working with a variety of product groups - varied value, volume, density, supply chainsYou use effective communication skills both verbal and written with variety of colleagues, supply base and occasionally customersYou have strong numerical & data interpretation skillsYou use excellent analytical skills and attention to detailYou have strong computing/systems-based skills including MS Office and a solid foundation of Excel spreadsheet familiarity/competency.You are skilled at problem solving and handling challenging discussionsYou have the ability to work on own initiativeYou are proactive approach to roleYou are comfortable in detailed cross functional workingYou have a good understanding of inventory management principlesDesirable:CIPs accredited & part or full qualifiedMinimum 2 years Inventory Control experience within an operational environmentLife at HeliosXAt HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition.
