Lebanon Lutheran School Early Childhood Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to join our team!

We are a small, Christian childcare center with a strong family atmosphere. We believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to explore and grow. Our teachers have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while creating a fun, nurturing environment where every child can learn and flourish.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities may include:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children
• Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
• Communicating with families about their child's day and development
• Working collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff
• Providing loving, respectful care throughout each child's day

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• A great appreciation for young children
• DCF Lead Teacher Qualified
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
