Join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals who work together in a collaborative, relaxed, and fun environment to provide service across varied food & beverage outlets within a private club setting. As an active member of our team, a Bartender is a key position that will assist front-of-house food & beverage operations to provide outstanding experiences and service to our members and their guests. Our staff takes initiative and acts with integrity, pride, and respect for all. We work together as a team to uphold and build upon our standards to deliver outstanding service.

What does a Bartender at Kings Creek do?

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar, cutting fruit, stocking server areas, arranging table settings and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
• Keep bar area full stocked and clean at all times, wipe down surfaces, remove used glassware.
• Memorize Kings Creek menu items and cocktail recipes to be a knowledgeable source for members and their guests.
• Portray an enthusiastic and outgoing personality in order to create memories for our members and their guests in an upscale, but casual setting.
• Take orders, mix and serve drinks, and process payments during busy hours.
• Capable of thriving and remaining calm in a high energy and fast-paced work environment.
• Speak to members in a positive and polite way, and answer any questions that may be asked.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older to handle and serve alcohol.
• 2+ year experience bartending in upscale dining settings preferred.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly personality and keep a professional and clean appearance.
• Capable of problem solving and using communication to handle a fast-paced environment in a calm and professional way.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Work required standing and walking for prolonged period of time on a primarily level surface, though occasionally slippery floor.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and occasionally lift or move 50-100 lbs.
• Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
