Job Summary
Dietitian specializing in pediatrics needed in an acute hospital setting. The position involves providing nutritional care and assessments for diverse patient populations, including neonates, children, adolescents, and adults. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements, providing a stable and predictable work environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Registered Dietitian with a preference for candidates experienced in pediatric nutrition. The assignment length is 13 or 26 weeks, with the option for travelers to choose. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and guaranteed hours of 72 hours per 2 weeks.
• Required Qualifications: Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/ DNS), with at least 2 years of clinical experience including pediatric care. Must possess a valid license, preferably in hand, with the ability to submit a pending license. Minimum of 2 years of experience with pediatric nutrition topics such as enteral nutrition, refeeding syndrome, therapeutic diets, and total parenteral nutrition.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, both adult and pediatric clinical experience, and familiarity with high-risk neonatal and pediatric nutritional procedures.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). The role involves floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed. Candidates must submit two references covering a minimum of one year within the last three years and include RTO requests upon offer.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
