This role requires a dedicated healthcare professional with a solid background in Med/Tele environments and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Manage and coordinate patient care, mainly focusing on stroke, COPD, chest pain, altered mental status, and GI bleed.
• Perform stroke assessments and manage stroke care.
• Handle general Med/Tele tasks such as chest tube management, PIV starts, trach care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, NGT placement, and managing various drains and tubes.
• Administer medication and manage gtts, including cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, and IVF.
• Collaborate effectively with CNAs, respiratory therapists, and other team members.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 18 months' experience in a Med/Tele environment
