As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning. What will you be doing? Manage SEC Filings: Oversee the SEC drafting, review and filing process for the Company’s SEC filings, including, but not limited to, 10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-Ks. Research technical accounting matters: Assist with preparation of accounting memos and implementation of new accounting standards. Remain current on disclosure requirements: Benchmark the Company’s disclosures against the Company’s peer group. Month end-close: Ensure month-end closing process of recording journal entries, completing and reviewing reconciliations and issuing financial statements for corporate and consolidated are performed accurately, timely and efficiently. Process improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including automation. Maintain internal control structure: Effectively manage internal controls over the financial statement close process, in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley standards for public companies. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required. 5-7 years of accounting experience required. Experience in Excel required. Experience in SAP preferred.
