Underground Foreman

As a small company, every team member plays an important role, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Responsibilities Lead and oversee excavation projects from start to finish. Read and interpret site plans and grades. Operate heavy equipment as needed. Direct crew members while maintaining a safe and productive job site. Coordinate with owners, contractors, and inspectors. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions on the job. Qualifications 5+ years of excavation experience required. Previous experience as a foreman or crew leader preferred. Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utilities, and site development. Experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment. Ability to read plans and grade stakes. Reliable, self‑motivated, and dependable. Strong leadership and communication skills. Have your own method of transportation. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
