Audio Visual (AV) Project ManagerLocation: Cleveland, OHWork Environment: On-site with local travel to client locations throughout OhioLead High-Impact AV Projects from Concept to CompletionOur client is seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial AV integration projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from kickoff through final handoff while collaborating closely with customers, contractors, field technicians, and internal stakeholders. If you're a project management professional with AV integration, construction, or technology deployment experience and enjoy working directly with clients, this is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of complex projects while making a visible impact on business success.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleLead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgetsManage customer expectations and provide regular project status updatesCoordinate AV installation projects from planning through closeoutConduct site surveys and field verifications to identify requirements, risks, and potential challengesCollaborate with technicians, contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure successful project executionOversee project documentation, drawings, design reviews, and field communicationCoordinate system programming, testing, commissioning, and final system deploymentMonitor project progress, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure on-time deliveryManage punch lists and ensure completion of all outstanding project itemsCoordinate customer training and project turnover to service and support teamsDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies that support organizational growthRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years of project management experienceMinimum 2 years of AV project management experienceExperience managing projects from kickoff through final deliveryStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating multiple project teams and vendorsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesAbility to travel locally throughout Ohio as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience managing commercial AV integration projectsKnowledge of video walls, digital displays, conferencing systems, and AV technologiesConstruction, renovation, or technology infrastructure project management experienceSite readiness assessment and field survey experienceContractor and trade coordination experienceExperience with D-Tools SIFamiliarity with AV system design, installation, and commissioning processesWhy Join Our Client?This is an opportunity to lead exciting technology projects that directly impact customer environments. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
