Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid Job Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, ensuring insurance needs are met, and fostering strong client relationships. The position offers a balance of remote and in-office work, encouraging high-quality client interactions. Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for personal lines insurance clients, building and maintaining professional relationships. Manage renewals, amendments, and new policy acquisitions for personal lines clients. Provide personalized advice and solutions tailored to clients' insurance needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Conduct proactive policy reviews, address client concerns, and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities. Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims support efficiently and accurately. Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to meet client requirements and resolve any issues. Document all client interactions and policy details clearly in the agency management system. Stay informed on industry trends, policy updates, and product knowledge to better serve clients. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in account management, with a focus on personal lines insurance. Possession of or willingness to obtain a state insurance license in personal lines within a designated timeframe. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in insurance agency management software and office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving abilities with a commitment to excellent client service. Capability to work both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in an office environment.
