Jobtailor is seeking an accounting assistant in Florida to support day-to-day financial operations. You will assist with accounts receivable/payable, billing, reconciliations, payroll processing, and monthly closings. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with the finance team. Ideal candidates have an AA in accounting or finance, at least two years of experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills.
