Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join a hospital team in Bradenton, FL. The clinician will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients with breathing disorders across acute care areas, including trauma and critical care settings. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based respiratory interventions and support ventilator management and advanced airway care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
• Current Florida Respiratory Care Practitioner license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Minimum one year of experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or STABLE certification.
• Experience with ventilator management and common respiratory equipment such as Servo I, GE ventilators, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Meditech experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of respiratory care experience.
• ICU experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00-19:00.
• Location: Bradenton, FL hospital setting.
• Work includes care in trauma and critical care environments and use of advanced respiratory devices.
