HR Operations Specialist — Workday & Case Management

IDR, Inc. is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will support U.S. HR Operations by processing high-volume HR transactions and resolving employee inquiries using Workday and a case management platform. This hands-on role requires a detail-focused professional who can manage Tier 1 Workday Core HCM tasks, escalate and resolve Tier 2/3 HR cases, and collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Technology to improve processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr IDR, Inc.
