Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with emotional or developmental needs? LETS Therapy is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our school-based teams in Eagleville and Norristown, PA .

As a PCA, you’ll play a key role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally — while working alongside supportive teachers, behavior staff, and therapists.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Position: 1 PCA Opening

Address: Eagleville, PA 19403
Program Type: School Age – Multiple Disabilities Support (MDS)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Position: 1 PCA Opening

Academy

Address: Norristown, PA 19403
Program Type: School Age – Emotional Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position: 1 PCA Opening

Role Overview

Provide one-on-one support to students with emotional or behavioral needs.
Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation.
Implement strategies outlined in individualized support or behavior plans.
Promote independence, safety, and engagement in the school environment.
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

Requirements

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (school, daycare, or behavioral health setting preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current clearances (Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI) or willingness to obtain.
