⭐ Job Summary

Garrettsville Dental Group is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator  to join our team. This position is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient front office operations in a fast-paced dental environment.

✅ Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing
• Collect payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Coordinate with dental staff to maintain smooth patient flow
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Dental office experience is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with dental software is a plus

• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
• Professional phone etiquette
• Attention to detail and accuracy
