Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department's operations by assisting with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and record-keeping. The HR Coordinator acts as a resource for employees, providing information and support related to HR policies, procedures, and processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry, report generation, time sheet adjustments, and act as a backup for Payroll Manager Answer employee questions, address concerns, and provide general HR support Provide information to employees about benefits and pay questions ensure all necessary documents are processed and entered in the HRIS system Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations Assist employees with the completion of forms, including but not limited to, STD/LTD forms Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data. Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
