Kitting Associate

Job Details: Level: Entry | Job Location: Houston, TX 77043 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $12.00 Hourly | Job Category: Warehouse 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Key Responsibilities Assemble kits by gathering and packaging required components based on work orders or instructions Verify accuracy of items, quantities, and product quality before packaging Label, seal, and prepare kits for storage or shipment Maintain organized inventory and report shortages or discrepancies Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts as needed Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, assembly, or kitting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic math and counting skills Ability to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 30–50 lbs) for extended periods Preferred Skills Familiarity with inventory management systems Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse technology Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities Work Environment Warehouse or distribution center setting May involve standing, walking, and repetitive tasks Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, hands‑on environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr TMC WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS INC
