You review the WPS and drawings, stage and calibrate the orbital GTAW power supply and weld head, confirm fit-up and cleanliness, and dial in parameters for heat input and travel speed. You lay down consistent, repeatable beads on tubing, pipe, and components—then verify your work through visual and dimensional checks. When conditions shift, you adapt fast—tuning settings, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
