Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Boise, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are needed in the region to support multiple units across various facilities. These positions involve working in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations, including postoperative, neurological, medical, and oncology cases, with opportunities to float between units as needed. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty and previous travel experience. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days and nights available, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. Unit Details: Working in MedSurg units, telemetry, and related departments across multiple facilities, including ER and telemetry units, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, titration of drips (such as heparin and insulin), and reading telemonitors independently. Float Requirements: Float rotation may be required, with ability to float to various units and facilities as per operational needs. Additional Information: The position involves initial orientation on day 1, with three shifts of inpatient orientation.
