Job Description

Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Production Manager to increase efficiencies.

Plan and prioritize jobs for the team.

Promote safety culture and ensure all company policies are being followed.

Assist on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.

Manage and maintain training materials and employee documents.

Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

2 years of production administrative experience is considered an asset.

Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.

High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Motivates others through their positive attitude to always be improving.

Demonstrates the drive and commitment needed to reach goals.
