Job Description
- Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their physical goals.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and everyday living tasks.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their loved ones regarding therapeutic practices that promote progress beyond the clinic.
- Track and Document Outcomes: Maintain careful records of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Encouragement for continuing education and professional development post-graduation.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals in achieving their maximum level of independence.
