Your Daily Impact

In this position, you will do more than administer treatments; you'll play a vital role in restoring routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and reigniting joy in everyday life. Whether you guide stroke survivors through fine motor skill enhancement or assist orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will help deliver person-centered therapeutic care that fosters both resilience and autonomy.

This is not a place for mundane tasks or filler checklists. It's an environment where every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session unfolds new chapters of their recovery journey. You will join forces with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to shape rehabilitation strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Why You Will Cherish the Team and the Area

What we have cultivated here is something extraordinary. Our rehabilitation team doesn't simply clock in and out; we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate victories - whether large or small. You'll discover a workplace where your opinions matter, your development is a priority, and your contributions are evident each day.

Moreover, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Bay Area, a place that surprises and delights at every turn. Bid farewell to concrete jungles; here, rolling hills boast clusters of wildflowers, and shimmering waters beckon weekend adventures. Serene trails lead through stunning landscapes, offering a breath of fresh air at every corner.

The community overflows with artistic energy, vibrant flavors, and melodic sounds. Food trucks serve up mouthwatering delicacies alongside artisanal eateries. Quirky boutiques, lively music venues, and charming bookstores enliven walkable neighborhoods. While it attracts creatives, innovators, and pioneers, this region also fosters an atmosphere that encourages connection through leisurely conversations on sunlit porches and tranquil nature strolls.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy as a profound vocation, someone who feels exhilarated when a patient regains functionality, strides with newfound confidence, or shares experiences they thought they might never express again.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a passionate newcomer fresh from certification, you will flourish here if you embody empathy, determination, and humility in your practice. If you embrace the concept of marrying exceptional care with enriching life experiences - you have found your home.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Change

This is your invitation to become a vital player in something larger than a job title. Amidst these dynamic surroundings, your efforts will shape lives, accelerate healing, and restore what has been lost. Here, you will thrive in a region renowned for its equilibrium between ambition and serenity.

If you're eager to grow, share your gifts, and immerse yourself in a caring community that truly values you - we can't wait to meet you.
