- You will perform formulation of budget and cost estimates , review and evaluate budget.
- You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepares summaries for us by managers.
- You will track and control funds for special programs and program work pertaining to payroll, cash control, or benefit systems.
- You will work in development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices.
- You will interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This is a Financial Management Level 1 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- A completed ANACI/NACI background is required.
