Spanish Speaking Customer Representative

$60,000–$100,000+ Income Opportunity | Full-Time | Paid Training | No Sundays

Farris is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating a great customer experience.

Automotive experience is not required.

We provide paid training, weekly pay, performance-based compensation, and access to more than 1,000 incoming customer leads each month .

Our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, and we are looking for one person who can help customers feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout their vehicle-buying experience.

Compensation includes weekly base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position.

Previous customer service or sales experience can be helpful, but automotive experience is not required .

Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, banking, insurance, sales, or another customer-facing position can be helpful.

We are more interested in your ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, and provide great service than whether you have ever worked at a dealership.

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Representative, you will:

• Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers
• Respond to incoming phone and internet inquiries
• Welcome customers and learn what they need
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Explain vehicle features and available options
• Assist with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Help customers understand the vehicle-buying process
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
• Build relationships with customers after their purchase
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Work with management throughout the purchasing process
• Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience

You won't be expected to create every opportunity from scratch.

Customers are already contacting us.

Your job is to respond quickly, listen, build trust, schedule appointments, follow up consistently, and help each customer have an exceptional experience.
