Casa Cruz New York is hiring passionate and reliable Line Cooks to join our growing culinary team.
Located in a historic Upper East Side townhouse, Casa Cruz delivers a unique dining experience featuring exceptional food, elevated service, private events, and one of Manhattan's most sought-after rooftop destinations. Our kitchen is led by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser and focuses on ingredient-driven cooking, wood-fired specialties, and globally inspired flavors.

What You'll Do- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain your station for service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- 1+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume or upscale restaurants is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
